Jill Eastman
Real Estate Broker, Short Sale Specialist, CA Certified Residential Manager (CCRM)
No stranger to adversity, JillEastman was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 18 months of age. Experiencing this early on has endowed Jill with a fierce determination and a sense of empathy for people from all walks of life. In 2005, after waiting 9 nine years on the Diabetes Research Institute’s waiting list, she received 2 organ transplants, as part of a medical research study – allowing her to become “insulin free”. Her journey has given her courage and eagerness to stand for her clients (and in certain cases, standing up to their lenders).

A San Diego native, Mr. Pallares brings almost a decade of industry experience to Magnus Realty Group. With a keen sense of real estate market economics, he foresaw California’s Real Estate downturn years in advance – all during a time when many experts claimed it wouldn’t happen. His strengths lie in strategic development, branding, and marketing execution for many of Magnus’ happy clients. Like Jill Eastman, Ernie brings a winning track record of success in numerous transactions – as a Realtor®, Investor, Real Estate Manager and Bank Negotiator. Mr. Pallares has previously served under the California Apartment Association’s Property Management Policy Subcommittee.
Juan Antonio Escorcia
Juan Antonio Escorcia, Realtor® Consultant
Mr. Escorcia holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the prestigious Point Loma Nazarene University. Juan holds extensive knowledge of Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Management, & International Trade. He’s augmented his knowledge with studying internationally at both the Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastian the Bask country of Spain – focusing on International Business & Economics and ITESM Tecnologico de Monterrey in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Juan, is a native of the San Diego & Tijuana region. A true competitor from an early age, Mr. Escorcia excelled in athletics. Today, Juan utilizes that same fire and determination to help his clients WIN.
